Our Menus
The Cast Supper features delicious gourmet food using the finest ingredients available. Our menus are influenced by a variety of cuisines including Asian, French, Latin, Mediterranean, Italian, Southwestern and various American regional cuisines, including some gluten-free and numerous vegetarian options. We put great emphasis in the use of wholesome sustainable ingredients, fresh meats and seafood, homemade stocks and sauces, fresh herbs and vegetables and of course, homemade desserts.
In addition to the main entrees and side dishes our salad bar is second to none. Freshly prepared salads compliment the daily menu theme and we offer a huge selection of more than 70 toppings to please any vegetarian. Our breakfast is full of variety to get your crew off and running.
